If you would like to join us on field trips, you will have to go ONLINE to fill out a CSISD “Volunteer Application” form. This can be found by going to csisd.org, clicking on the “Parent Info” tab, and scrolling to the Volunteering link or clicking the button below. It will look like you are applying for a job, but rest assured that you are not. This online form MUST be filled out every school year. If you have not completed the form, you will need to complete the form at least a few weeks before scheduled field trips for the system to clear the application.  Please note that you will not be allowed to join us on trips without this form submitted and approved.
